Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform landscaping services including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control & turf maintenance
  • Carry out garden refreshing tasks such as woodchip, mulch, new plants etc.
  • Undertake external pressure washing of buildings as required
  • Remove all garden waste and transfer to authorized waste transfer station
  • Ensure timely updates on job progress
  • Implement proactive groundkeeping maintenance and repair strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds/landscaping maintenance services
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record coupled with experience driving with a trailer (mandatory)
  • Experience using a ride-on mower an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions quickly
  • High standard of integrity and reliability
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with technology used to monitor location/jobs (e.g. iPhone)
