As a seasoned professional, you will lead the newly created Business & Agribusiness Sales Enablement team to drive, coordinate and deliver customer engagement initiatives through events and content and support to our customers, communities, and front-line sales teams.

You will translate the B&A strategy into executable product enablement plans and business initiatives which create customer growth, an improved NPS and broader product utilisation that supports our customers with the opportunities and challenges they face either On-Farm or in their Business.

You will attend events and visit branches to see first-hand how our tailored campaigns and content is succeeding and maintain a visible presence in our Rural and Business markets with our customers and colleagues.

You will use data and insights to formulate and refresh plans and sales activities that support outcomes and to demonstrate and influence stakeholders to invest in your team's activities.

This is a full time, permanent position, based in Melbourne or Adelaide. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of three days in a local office per week.

To be successful you will have:

  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership influencing skills to lead and drive cultural change across the group.
  • Proven experience in leading high performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of Australia's banking & finance industry with the ability to identify opportunities and leverage changes or trends across the industry to support customer and lending growth.
  • Exposure to the following specialist disciplines: Debtor, Trade and Equipment finance Operations, Specialised Lending.
