Job Description

We are seeking a confident, empathetic communicator to join our Valuations team as a Customer Service Specialist. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by providing timely, hands-on support and collaborating closely with colleagues.

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing helpful, accurate support. You will also collaborate closely with your teammates to respond quickly and effectively, solve problems on the spot, and escalate where needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven customer service skills, a clear, warm and confident phone manner, and the ability to read the room (or the call), think holistically and connect the dots.
