Property Management Professional

About this role
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Conduct rent reviews, manage databases, and process invoices to ensure timely payments
- Set up new management contracts and tenancies, including negotiating lease agreements and collecting public liability insurance certificates
- Monitor occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and stay up-to-date on market trends
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial property management
- Experience in trust accounting, preferably using Cirrus 8 platform
- Strong communication skills, a genuine client-first approach, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A current property management licence and Australian driver's licence
- Flexible working arrangements to balance work and personal life
