About the Role

This position involves working on a large-scale business critical project with a well-known organisation. The project covers key risk areas including payroll, systems, IR, governance, and compliance.

The role will support the identification of risks and development of solutions as it relates to payroll, systems, and IR. Additionally, it will involve validation of data from using a large-scale parallel payroll system, remediation and resolution of payroll irregularities, and ensuring provisions have been included in relevant HR systems for upcoming changes to the Enterprise Agreement and relevant Awards.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience working within a HR project team as it relates to payroll, systems, IR, or governance. Strong attention to detail and comfortability with payroll data are also essential. Experience with Power BI and SAP would be ideal. The ideal candidate will be an action-oriented team player who can work to key deadlines and milestones as part of a project team.

This role presents a great opportunity to join a project team getting on the front foot in mitigating risk for its organisation as well as being able to leverage new technology. A flexible environment with hybrid working arrangements is available, as is the opportunity to work part-time (3 or 4 days per week).
