About the Position

As a Recreational Activities Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing activity programs tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of residents.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and programmes.
  • Monitoring resident participation and adjusting programs accordingly to optimise engagement and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum Cert III in Leisure and Lifestyle or related field.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate, which is essential for this position.
  • Previous experience working within aged or community care settings, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to tackle complex issues independently.
