Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual to manage our Pharmacy customers in Melbourne Central, Peninsula and surrounding areas including regional areas from Seymour to Albury.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to expand our customer base within the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities include delivering to sales KPI's, training face-to-face Pharmacy staff on market-leading brands, negotiating sales agreements, and executing outcomes in-store.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in territory sales or field sales, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Benefits

The role requires extensive travel within Victoria's suburbs and surrounding areas, including regional trips from Seymour to Albury.

You will be responsible for visiting customers, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.

Travel frequency is estimated to be approximately 90% of the time, depending on business needs and customer demands.
