  • Leverage your leadership skills to enhance our impact in client engagements, aimed at leading teams and project portfolios identifying, designing, and implementing effective solutions across a broad range of technical expertise.
  • Apply your coaching and facilitation skills to support the capability development of operational and functional leaders.
  • Work in tandem with managers to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Independently manage end-to-end projects, identifying areas of improvement of new processes and designing and implementing effective solutions within your area of expertise.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Create an impact on client engagements by leveraging your strong foundation in leadership skills.
  • Develop project work plans, progress trackers, and status reports, alongside being able to identify project critical paths, project risk, mitigation plans, and issues management.
  • Engage clients across scoping, proposal preparation, project management, and implementation at their sites.
  • Lead clients through meetings, interviews, and workshops at various stages of the project lifecycle.
">Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, or Business, MBA, MS preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Mining & Metals industry in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing large, diverse transformation programs in a management consulting firm working with Mining & Metals clients.
