You will lead by example, nurturing growth and skill-building within the team, while also collaborating with guests to find solutions for any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, including leadership roles as a Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems
  • Able to multitask and thrive under pressure, with epic organisational and time management skills
  • Masterful in written and spoken communication
  • Flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
