Overview

Currently seeking reliable and safety focused Loader Operator's that are willing to upskill or an experienced Batching Operator's to join a busy concrete team based in Busselton.

About the Role:

Responsibilities

- Operate front-end loader to load materials into the plant and trucks
- Assist with daily concrete batching operations
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Perform basic plant maintenance and housekeeping
- Opportunity to be upskilled into batching operations
- Work Monday to Friday with ability to work Saturdays as required.

Qualifications

- Valid Front-End Loader Ticket (essential)
- Previous experience in concrete, quarry, or similar industries desirable
- Willingness to learn and upskill into a Batching Operator role
- Able to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
