Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, developing and leading a high-performing Front of House Team
  • Maintaining the highest standards of presentation in our cafe to ensure an excellent customer experience at all times
  • Ensuring seamless service delivery through effective teamwork and communication
  • Contributing to discussions on new business ideas and analysing performance data to drive growth and development
  • Coordinating weekly ordering, stock control and rotation processes
  • Collaborating with Managers, Kitchen leaders and Operations managers to achieve business objectives

About You:

  • Relevant hospitality experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, interact and lead a team of 15+ people
  • Confidence in multitasking, supervising and executing smooth, efficient and friendly service
  • A professional manner, creativity and passion for driving and developing the business
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
