**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in our dental practice.

As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and assist patients with a professional demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book efficiently
  • Handle patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient care
  • Manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a front desk associate or similar role is preferred
  • D4W experience is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge in HICAPS, DVA, and CDBS is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
  • Experience with file keeping and data entry is necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
