Job Summary
The Lenovo Financial Group Services (LGFS) Channel Manager will work closely with our internal Lenovo Channel team and Strategic Business Partner community in Australia to identify, grow, support, and deliver innovative payment solutions that drive the Lenovo As a Service (AAS) opportunity. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with channel and distribution partners to meet or exceed funded volume targets in line with Lenovo's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Lenovo Channel teams and Business Partners to develop joint business plans and strategies for mutual success, focusing on partner recruitment, training, and sales enablement, incentives, financial solution offerings, and marketing support.
- Drive the company's AAS growth with Business Partners, acting as the primary asset financing specialist in your country for internal teams and their partners.
- Build and maintain key Business Partner relationships at all levels to support the company's growth plan.
- Collaborate with Senior-level Account Managers and Services Sales Executives to execute account strategy within targeted Business Partners.
- Lead and accelerate leasing volume with Strategic Business Partners, including large deal management where required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or Finance or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of assets leasing or financing business within the IT industry.
- Relevant experience in innovative payment solutions like software licensing, subscription considered.
- Relevant 8-10 years of experience in Channel Sales selling leasing and financing solutions and services.
- Exposure in Device as a Service (DaaS) model considered.
- Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
