Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As a maintenance professional, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of treating equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires hands-on skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance asset reliability.
- Maintain treating equipment, including buffing, painting, assembly, and disassembly under close supervision.
- Inspect and record maintenance data for operational equipment, including treating iron, wellhead crossovers, and blowout preventers.
- Contribute to equipment preparation, reliability practices, and process improvement initiatives.
- Audit and capture accurate maintenance-related data in business systems.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and competency standards throughout all operations.
- Hands-on aptitude with strong mechanical skills and ability to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to master business system software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Prior oil and gas experience beneficial but not essential.
- Must hold valid full working rights in Australia.
