Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and mechanically-minded individual to join our team as an Equipment Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and after-sales service, as well as repair and maintenance of equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and professional after-sales service to customers.
  • Carry out workshop and on-site work to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and systems.
  • Commission new equipment and systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and sales growth.
  • Support sales activities by providing services for equipment assembly, testing, and warranty inspections.
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards in all service activities.

Requirements

  • A current Electrical qualification, Instrumentation qualification, or Certificate III Engineer (Fitter and Turner).
  • Literacy and numeric skills to a nationally recognised standard.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and technical drawings.
  • A current Driver's License.
  • St. Johns first aid to basic level (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent customer service focus is essential.
  • Ability and willingness to take responsibility for the job and its outputs.
