Equipment Maintenance Specialist

About this role, you will be responsible for maintaining treating equipment and supporting inspections to ensure operational efficiency. With close supervision, you will complete hands-on tasks, contribute to continuous improvement, and develop technical and soft skills through structured training.
- Perform maintenance activities including buffing, painting, assembly, and disassembly of equipment under supervision.
- Conduct regular inspections and record maintenance data for operational equipment, including treating iron, wellhead crossovers, and blowout preventers.
- Assist in preparing equipment for optimal performance, ensuring reliability practices are adhered to, and contributing to process improvements.
- Capture accurate maintenance-related data in business systems.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Demonstrate hands-on aptitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn business systems.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in oil & gas or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
- Hold full working rights in Australia.
