Main Responsibilities:- Promote a culture of excellence, driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff engagement, retention, and performance.
- Build strong relationships with families, the local community, and stakeholders.
- Oversee centre operations, including staff management, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Substantial experience in a leadership role within the early childhood education sector.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and the National Quality Framework.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and staff.
