Job Title: Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our centre, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of excellence, driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with families, the local community, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee centre operations, including staff management, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in a leadership role within the early childhood education sector.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and the National Quality Framework.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and staff.
