Director of Nursing

This leadership role is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring high-quality patient care.

The Director of Nursing will provide strategic direction and operational management to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in infertility nursing, with strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and protocols.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and compliance.
  • Monitor and manage patient feedback.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to support business growth and financial performance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications:
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife (AHPRA).
  • Significant experience in infertility nursing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing nursing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and clinical governance frameworks.
