Lead Sector Strategy and Growth Initiative

We invite expressions of interest for a senior leadership role within our infrastructure sector. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will play a critical part in shaping the long-term strategic direction of the sector.

This key position requires collaboration with business unit leaders to translate strategic direction into actionable initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence. You will foster cross-functional alignment across finance, operations, and business development to ensure cohesive execution of strategic priorities.

A key focus will be on delivering market and competitive insights that drive decision-making while identifying and supporting mergers and acquisitions opportunities and broader growth initiatives.

Through providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders and engagement with external partners, industry bodies, and customers, this role will support and strengthen our market positioning.

The successful candidate will have experience in strategy development and implementation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
