The role of Team Lead – Superannuation Specialists is a leadership position where you will foster collaboration, empower your team, and make an impact on the retirement outcomes of customers.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals in superannuation.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, policies, and best practice standards.
This is a mid-senior level leadership role. You will have experience handling advice escalations and commitment to compliance, quality assurance, and ensuring frameworks and tools are applied effectively.
