Executive Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Executive Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookkeeping and payroll functions using Xero, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Provide high-level executive assistance with diary management, board and governance support, minute taking, and correspondence.
  • Work independently, problem-solve proactively, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping and payroll, including proficiency in Xero.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level organisational skills with multiple task and deadline management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
