We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration/Finance Officer to join our team.

Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to utilise their administrative and financial skills in a dynamic and expanding family-owned business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including filing, data entry and correspondence.
  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and client databases.
  • Analyse and interpret financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
