Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our Private Wealth Advisers, ensuring the effective operation of our reception function, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients.

  • Provide administrative assistance to Advisory staff concerning client contact.
  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Build rapport with clients, offering assistance such as beverages and enhancing their experience.
  • Assist in arranging functions, meetings, catering, and appointments as necessary.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and fax distribution efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated honesty and ethical conduct.
  • Confidence in engaging effectively with a professional team.
  • Excellent communication skills, respectful of all levels of staff.
  • High typing speed and accuracy, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with SFG software.
  • Meticulousness in tasks and ability to manage workflows under pressure.
