
Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to provide proactive bookkeeping and administrative support to our Finance team.
This role involves managing the smooth operation of finance functions, including accounts payable, payroll processing, and financial record maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable, reconcile creditor accounts, and manage supplier payments
- End-to-end payroll processing & administration, including timesheet management, deductions, reporting, and reconciliation
- Update and maintain financial records and registers across Reckon and SimPRO
- Assist with monthly and end-of-year financial reporting, coding, and general ledger entries
- Support banking processes, including receipt reconciliation and petty cash maintenance
- Provide financial and general administrative support across the business
Requirements
You will be a reliable professional with experience in financial administration, payroll processing, bookkeeping, or similar accounts-based support roles. Prior experience in accounting software is preferable. Strong organisational skills, a customer service mindset, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and sound understanding of administration practices are advantageous.
