
Professional Bookkeeper and Financial Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and payments, reconcile bank statements and transactions, prepare financial reports.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks including document organization, manage communication channels, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Finance Advisory Services: Provide financial guidance to the management team, assist with budgeting and forecasting, collaborate on analyzing financial data.
- Project Coordination: Assist with project planning, coordination, and documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Effective Communication: Foster collaboration within the team and external partners, maintain regular updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of the construction industry including building contracts and council approval processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
