Travel Sales Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Travel Sales Expert. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong understanding of the tourism industry.

The role involves managing incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and taking care of check-ins and check-outs. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning our campervans, maintaining their condition, and monitoring maintenance and repairing needs.

  • Handling guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy;
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions and communicating effectively with colleagues;
  • Ensuring high-quality standards are met in all aspects of the job;
  • Contributing to a positive and productive work environment;
  • Supporting the development of new skills and knowledge within the team.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
