Job Description

Drive business growth by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the Campervan Sales market and post-sales requirements. Your role involves ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction through effective support and performance management, aligning after-sales services with company guidelines.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing parts warranty claims and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer care and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with dealers to manage stock holdings and lead times effectively.
  • Streamlining parts orders, distribution, and backorders.
  • Implementing process improvements and liaising with stakeholders.

This full-time position requires a team-oriented individual with at least five years of aftersales/service advisor/parts industry experience and strong negotiation and communication skills. Technical knowledge of Campervans, Motorhomes, and Caravans is essential, along with proficiency in parts management systems.
