A dynamic sales professional is required to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with clients to promote vehicle solutions and provide personalized support
- Prepare and present lease quotations, as well as assist with credit applications
- Source vehicles from external dealerships and maintain effective communication channels
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resulting in high net promoter scores (NPS)
- Effectively manage the pipeline through our CRM system to identify opportunities for growth
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) in transactions, customer satisfaction, and compliance
Requirements
- Proven sales expertise with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while being a valuable team member
- Knowledge of financial and leasing products
- Experience in sales (minimum 12 months preferred) and comfort with high-volume phone calls
