Strategic Business Leader Sales Enablement Opportunity

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, one of Australia's most trusted brands, seeks an experienced leader to drive sales enablement in our Rural and Business markets.
As a Senior Manager Sales Enablement, you will lead a newly created team to develop and execute customer engagement initiatives through events, content, and support. Your focus will be on translating the Business & Agribusiness strategy into executable product enablement plans and business initiatives that drive customer growth, improved NPS, and broader product utilisation.
This full-time, permanent position is based in Melbourne or Adelaide, offering flexible work options and a hybrid model of three days in a local office per week.
To succeed, you will need strong stakeholder management and leadership influencing skills, proven experience in leading high-performing teams, and a deep understanding of Australia's banking and finance industry.
