The Role


As a Strategic Sales Leader for Toll, you will identify and seize new business opportunities for Toll Global Forwarding locally.


Craft strategic sales plans and nurture customer relationships to drive business growth.


Expertly manage and develop business pipelines while closely monitoring conversion rates.


Create innovative sales strategies informed by in-depth market research and competitor analysis.


About You



  • Adelaide based with sales experience in freight forwarding, particularly in the exporting wine industry.
  • Collaborate with a supportive manager dedicated to helping you close deals.
  • Benefit from a dedicated quotes team to handle your quote creation.
  • Hunter Mindset: Demonstrate a passion for discovering and securing new business opportunities.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to multi-task and plan your day effectively.
  • Experience using sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc., is desirable.
