Strategic Workforce Planner

About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled workforce planning professional to join our operational team. As a key member, you will contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives and provide actionable insights to enable business leaders to manage their capacity effectively.
You will collaborate closely with staff across the organization to ensure that workforce data is provided to support both tactical and long-term decisions relating to the workforce. This includes developing predictive models, scenario analysis, and ensuring alignment with enterprise forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth insights into workforce capacity to respond to fluctuating work volumes across multiple functions and channels.
- Develop and maintain effective workforce planning strategies to meet customer expectations and needs.
- Support the senior manager in workforce management to implement strategic workforce planning initiatives and change management.
This is a fixed-term opportunity with a flexible working model, requiring adaptability and collaboration to meet business needs.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working as a workforce planner, preferably in a contact centre environment (2-3 years).
- A strong understanding of contact centre metrics and their impact on customer and commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling and rostering principles in a sizeable workforce.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
