\Job Overview:\

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Wealth Concierge. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients post-referral, addressing their wealth-related inquiries from our extensive banking network.

Your key responsibility will be to provide expert guidance on various products and strategies, assisting clients in finding suitable self-serve options or arranging referrals to financial planners through our strategic partnerships.

\

This position is ideal for experienced paraplanners looking to take their career to the next level or financial planners transitioning into a new role while remaining within the industry.

\

You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere with access to one of our head offices or regional facilities or a home office with reliable internet connectivity.

\

The team operates remotely but maintains regular communication, providing support and fostering collaboration through constant interaction.

\

This role involves making outbound warm calls, with service targets-based KPIs driving performance.

\About You:\
  • \
  • A Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146) is mandatory for delivering advice to our clients.\
  • Three years+ experience in a financial services role, preferably with expertise in wealth management and banking.\
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with the ability to ask pertinent questions and establish client needs.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.\
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a comprehensive knowledge of core banking products, services, and solutions.\
