Insight Driven Analyst

This role is crucial in shaping our workforce planning strategy. You will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of various workforce activities, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX queries, and SQL Server to provide expert-level support to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis across a range of workforce activities, including contact centre metrics and customer experience data.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a workforce planner/reporting analyst in a contact centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of contact centre metrics and customer experience principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management systems, such as ActiveOps.
