Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Demi Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Fairmont Dallas. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation in your workstation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation in your workstation as directed by the CDP on duty.
- Prepare the production of necessary food items in accordance with standards.
- Actively participate in training of culinary skills to junior staff and apprentices.
- Adhere to standardized recipes and specifications to maintain consistency and ensure all standards are met.

Requirements

- 1-year experience and proficiency in pastry.
- Experience in a luxury hotel with comparable service and standards is an asset.
- Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
