We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our pastry section as a Junior Sous Chef.

The successful candidate will have solid experience as a Demi Chef/Chef de Partie, with relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. They'll possess a strong understanding of pastry techniques and kitchen equipment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include supervising a section of the kitchen, training staff at lower levels, and maintaining food cost to parameter given by the company. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to 40 hours per week working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
