Job Title: Fundraising and Philanthropy Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our philanthropic efforts and provide strategic direction for securing financial support.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of philanthropic giving, building a healthy donor and grant pipeline to support our benevolent work.

This role will be responsible for developing an improved fundraising strategy to secure financial support for people experiencing disadvantage in Victoria. The candidate will collaborate with our grants and partnerships teams to enable cross-functional collaboration.

  • Provide philanthropic leadership and management.
  • Oversee all aspects of philanthropic giving and build a donor and grant pipeline.
  • Develop and implement our fundraising strategy to secure financial support for beneficiaries.
  • Collaborate with the grants and partnerships teams.
  • Vet funding sources through quality acquittal processes and foster relationships with trusts, bodies, and foundations.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record of successful grant submissions and senior-level experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven project management and time management abilities.
  • Financial management skills, including experience with financial projections and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising best practice and relevant charity legislation.
