Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can effectively respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, resolve issues efficiently, and work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer service processes.

  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
