About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team at Bonds Macarthur Square store.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day and night shifts and weekends across a Monday-to-Sunday roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service experiences, ensuring customers leave the store feeling valued and empowered.
  • Retail Sales: Utilize product knowledge to make sales and achieve sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
