Family Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Child, Youth and Family Support Worker. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children, youth, and families.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively with others, and have a passion for empowering individuals and communities.
About the Role:- This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- You will work across multiple settings, including therapeutic residential care, home-based care, disability services, and more.
- Collaboration with other professionals is essential to deliver comprehensive services to our clients.
- A minimum of three days per week on-call commitment is required.
- Cert IV in a related Community Services qualification (or currently studying).
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shot.
- Current Police Check and Working With Children's Check.
- Current Tasmanian Drivers Licence and NDIS Check.
- Ongoing development and education opportunities to support your professional growth.
