Customer Service Professional Role

About the Position:

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team passionate about the performing arts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality and personalized customer service that meets expectations
• Process single ticket, subscriptions, and group sales
• Respond to administrative enquiries and transfer calls as appropriate
• Upsell associated products and services to enhance the customer experience
• Perform general administrative tasks

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a ticketing, sales, and/or customer service role
• Highly developed skills in customer service and problem resolution
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
