Our team is seeking a Customer Experience Expert to join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This exciting role involves meeting with customers in their homes to discuss their needs and present our innovative solution. You will be responsible for educating customers, assisting them through the enquiry process, and building lasting relationships.

We are looking for someone with a background in residential property management, mortgages, conveyancing, legal, banking, and/or life insurance, or someone who has worked in a needs-based business with 1:1 customer service.

The ideal candidate will be a people person who is values-driven, able to build rapport and empathise with customers' situations.

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive, friendly, and flexible team.
