Key Role in Our Success

This pivotal position within our organization plays a crucial role in the company's growth and development. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be based in Melbourne, Australia, with occasional travel opportunities overseas.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to enter and build up battery storage product sales within the region
  • Create new channels to market for DEUTZ battery system products
  • Establish market share within the battery storage industry
  • Foster business relationships with new OEMs
  • Serve as technical product champion and offer technical support to external and internal customers
  • Increase presence in active markets by attending and working at key industry events and exhibitions
  • Develop advertising marketing strategies & campaigns with assistance from the Marketing team
  • Collate competitor data to ensure we remain competitive within our target markets
  • Maintain good working relationship with manufacturers
Requirements
  • SAA Design accreditation for off-grid battery systems
  • Technical knowledge of off-grid battery systems including electrical systems
  • DEUTZ product knowledge/training advantageous
  • Strategic thinker with short medium long-term planning mindset
  • Technical sales experience in off-grid battery systems for mining agriculture and construction sectors
  • Business acumen/commercial experience
  • Quotation tender preparation & costing experience
  • Advanced level in MS Office & systems
  • Able to define and implement strategies to grow the business and meet targets
  • Motivator to all stakeholders
  • Team player with ability to work autonomously
  • Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving and prompt issue resolution mindset
  • Flexible and open to change
  • Maintain customer service focus at all times
