Key Business Development Role

The successful candidate will lead the development of a business strategy to enter and build up battery storage product sales within a specific region.

This is a newly created role, pivotal to the business, requiring direct reporting to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with off-grid BESS systems and possess excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Establish new channels to market for battery system products.
  • Grow market share within the battery storage industry.
  • Develop business relationships with OEMs.
  • Provide technical support to external and internal customers as the Technical Product Champion.
  • Attend key industry events and exhibitions to enhance presence in active markets.
  • Compile competitor data to ensure competitiveness within target markets.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Hold accreditation for off-grid battery systems design.
  • Have technical sales experience in off-grid battery systems for mining, agriculture, and construction sectors.
  • Possess advanced level skills in MS Office and systems.
  • Be able to define and implement strategies to grow the business and meet targets.
