About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Work Health and Safety (WHS) professional to join our team at the University of South Australia. As a Safety and Wellbeing Consultant, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a strong safety and wellbeing culture across the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level safety and wellbeing consultancy services to senior managers and staff
- Establish networks and build relationships across the University
- Participate in strategic planning and undertake incident investigations
- Develop and provide safety training and maintain the University's safety management system
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in work health and safety and relevant experience as a WHS partner. You will also possess high-level interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work well with others and be self-directed at times.
