Café Operations Leader

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of café management, including team leadership, supervision, food and beverage service, profitability, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational leadership: Manage the café's operational processes, supervise staff, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Team development: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to queries, and welcome customers to the café.
- Financial management: Monitor café expenses, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Inventory management: Order stock as needed, receive deliveries, and verify inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of spoken and written English.
- Able to motivate and lead a team, retain staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
