About Our Café Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Café Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of enthusiastic and dedicated team members.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage and work with the Chocolate Café Manager to ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including store cleanliness and presentation.
  • Lead by example and drive your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
  • Ensure all Max Brenner golden standards are upheld at all times.
  • Work with the Chocolate Café Manager to assist with people-related tasks, including training, development, and coaching.
  • Build morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team member input is encouraged and valued.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous supervisor/management experience of minimum 1 year.
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to lead and effectively communicate with a team.
  • Energetic, positive, and guest-focused with a can-do attitude.
  • Possess a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Driven to provide exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Able to work well collaboratively as part of a team.
