**Café Leader Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled café leader to drive our daily operations. Our café specialises in freshly prepared food and beverages, offering an excellent customer experience.

As Café Leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, leading by example, and ensuring high standards of service, food presentation, and hygiene. You will oversee the preparation of coffee, sandwiches, and baked goods, as well as manage stock levels and maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Café Operations: Oversee daily service, maintaining high standards of service, food presentation, and hygiene.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a small team, train new members, and supervise performance.
  • Administration: Maintain sales and profit tracking spreadsheets, order ingredients and supplies, and implement FIFO stock rotation.
  • Marketing & Communication: Assist with promotions, seasonal menu updates, and represent the café's values and vision.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years' experience in café or hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, ordering, and stock management.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets for basic sales and profit tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
