Executive Client Acquisition Specialist VIC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Client Acquisition VIC to join our Commercial Business Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business lending opportunities for regional commercial businesses with revenue $50m-$150m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, pursue and acquire new profitable clients for the bank by leveraging your networks and referral sources.
- Prepare and manage end-to-end new business transactions, ensuring a seamless handover to relationship teams.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams to work effectively and collaboratively.
- Build and maintain strong referral networks to support origination activity.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of high performance, supported by flexible working arrangements.
- Origination success with new-to-bank commercial or emerging corporate clients across diversified industries.
- A strong established network, and business development skills to leverage that.
- Strong project management and transaction execution skills.
- The ability to build strong internal relationships, professional presentation, and strong influencing skills.
- Strong credit risk analysis skills.
