Senior Clinical Coordinator

Job Description:
Role Overview:
As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of our residential aged care homes. This includes ensuring accurate and timely documentation of resident care needs from initial admission through regular reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical oversight of the home including all clinical reporting
- Leading and mentoring staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and equipped to deliver high-quality care
- Managing the clinical teams and ensuring sound medication management
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations in consultation with the care team
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Gerontology Nursing Certificate or Dementia Care Certificate highly regarded
- Previous experience in managing clinical teams in an aged care environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead and motivate staff
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated history of successfully leading and mentoring staff
