Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to drive our Greater Sydney operations forward. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives to drive optimal performance and continuous improvement.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. You will lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects, enhance service standards, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives
  • Benchmark service standards and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Design and optimize team structures to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • IDentify and establish strategic partnerships to support business growth
  • Oversee budget planning and management to maximize revenue and cost-efficiency
  • Inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results through mentoring, coaching, and leadership
  • Provide regular management reports to senior leadership and support key project initiatives

Requirements:

  • 10 years+ experience in a senior leadership or management role within the residential construction industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovative approach to managing complex projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
